You can book a free consultation easily on this website. In this 30-minute session, we’ll discuss your needs, and I will tell you a little more about the coaching process that I can offer.

I will tailor the coaching offering to your specific needs.

If we are agreed that we can work together to achieve your goals, I will forward you a coaching agreement, and payment details to commence your coaching journey.

What can I expect from my coaching session?

A coaching session usually lasts 60 minutes and is generally conducted online via Zoom. Face-face session in the West Midlands can be arranged and may be more appropriate for organisations.

How many sessions will I need?
